When you first look at a property and encounter woodworm, damp, or even structural issues, it can make people back out from purchasing the property, losing the opportunity of a good investment.
Most of the issues in a property can be dealt with, as in this case, where the kitchen had woodworm in the floorboards. As we were replacing the kitchen anyway, the additional cost to replace the floorboards and treat the woodworm was minimal.

As you can see in the video, the entire bathroom has been replaced with a modern design, and a new bathtub, sink, and towel rack have been added using black matte fixtures to give an elegant touch to the room along with the flooring.
The damp on the top floor has been treated, replastering on the walls and ceiling has been done, and new doors and skirting boards have been installed.
The property has undergone a complete transformation and is ready for our investor to embark on his journey as a BTL landlord, welcoming new tenants.
