As you can see in the video, the entire bathroom has been replaced with a modern design, and a new bathtub, sink, and towel rack have been added using black matte fixtures to give an elegant touch to the room along with the flooring.


The damp on the top floor has been treated, replastering on the walls and ceiling has been done, and new doors and skirting boards have been installed.


The property has undergone a complete transformation and is ready for our investor to embark on his journey as a BTL landlord, welcoming new tenants.
